This is a swivel pin gasket from the AG Parts 4x4 brand.
It seals the swivel pin housing to keep the oil or grease in the swivel hub, and is usually replaced whenever the swivel pin is removed or when it is leaking.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, including TD5 and Puma, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic.
