LandyCars always strives to dispatch your Land Rover and Range Rover parts as soon as possible; We aim to dispatch any item kept in stock on the day it is ordered when placed before 5pm Spanish Time. Please note that this cannot always be guaranteed although 99% of orders that we have in stock are dispatched on the day.

Whilst the vast majority of fast selling items are available from our stock it is understandable that with over 200,000 parts listed online we are unable to keep every single item in stock. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee 100% stock fulfilment from our suppliers so in certain circumstances we will give notification of any back orders. In these instances where a delay might hold back an order our customer service team will endeavour to make contact as soon as possible by email. If you ever have any queries with regards to the delivery of an order then please contact our sales staff.

If a customer makes an order of several references and there is no stock available for at least one reference, the shipment will be completed as soon as we receive the outstanding item. If the customer wishes to send the order in 2 separate expeditions, please contact us through email info@landycars.com or telephone +34688717637.

All our products are original brands, new or remanufactured product. Our commitment is to achieve your total satisfaction, so you are not satisfied, we give you back the money for all the products of our store. No additional questions or problems. If you want to change, you just have to say it. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days, a count of the date of delivery of the order to return it. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

The cost of sending the return is paid by the customer and a penalty of 15% of the sale value of the piece will be applied as handling and administration expenses.

In the case of original spare parts, the penalty is 45€ per reference.

There are a multitude of reasons why you may wish to return or cancel your order, and we have a flexible returns policy, please have a look in our Refund Politic or contact with a memeber of our staff. 

 

EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

Our shipping calculator will automatically calculate the costs of shipping your order once your shipping address has been entered into our website during the checkout process. We got contract with different transport agencies so we can give you the best and competive price. LandyCars aim to get your parcel delivered effectively and economically and we stand to make no profit from our delivery charges.

For shipements outside the european union, customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes upon arrival in their country and this charge is specific to the country involved and the items order.
