This is a 25 mm brake master cylinder with 3/8" x 24 and 7/16" x 20 outlet threads, from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
It generates the hydraulic pressure for the brakes when the pedal is pressed, and is usually replaced when it leaks or the pedal sinks slowly.
Compatible with Land Rover Series II and Series III/Santana.
