This is the fuel pump inertia switch, made by Allmakes 4x4. It cuts the power supply to the fuel pump in the event of an impact. It is usually replaced when it is faulty, causing the fuel pump to stop working or to cut out intermittently.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and 2, Range Rover Classic and P38.
