This is a crankshaft damper pulley from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
It absorbs the torsional vibrations of the crankshaft and drives the auxiliary belts, and is usually replaced when the rubber is cracked or the outer ring has slipped.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic (200 TDI engine).
