This is a connecting rod nut from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
It secures the connecting rod cap to the rod around the crankshaft journal, and is usually replaced when the engine bottom end is rebuilt or the big-end bearings are changed.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender 2.5 D, 2.5 TD, 200 and 300 TDI, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic 200 and 300 TDI.
