This is a rocker shaft collar stud from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
It secures the rocker shaft assembly to the cylinder head, and is usually replaced when the thread is stretched or damaged, or when it breaks during removal.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic (300 TDI).
