This is the air suspension compressor, made by Proevo+. It supplies compressed air to the air suspension so the vehicle can keep and change its ride height. It is usually replaced when it is noisy, slow to raise the vehicle or no longer builds pressure. Replacing the compressor relay at the same time is advisable.
