This is the Profender Afrika Extreme front shock absorber (+3"), made by Profender. It is a twin-tube shock absorber designed for large, heavily loaded 4x4 vehicles and long trips. It is usually fitted when the original shock absorbers are worn or when the suspension is upgraded or raised.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and 2, Range Rover Classic.
