This is a left-hand thread track rod ball joint from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
It forms the pivoting joint at the end of the track rod that lets the wheels steer, and is usually replaced when it has play, knocks or the rubber boot is split.
Compatible with Land Rover Series II and Series III/Santana.
