This is a black right-hand tailboard hinge assembly from the AG Parts 4x4 brand.
It allows the rear tailboard to pivot open and closed, and is usually replaced when it is corroded, bent or worn and the tailboard no longer sits correctly.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender (including Puma) and Series III (Santana).
