This is the M12 - M10 brake master cylinder, made by Eurospare. It generates the hydraulic pressure of the braking system when the pedal is pressed. It is usually replaced when it leaks, or when the pedal feels soft or sinks.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender 2.5, 2.6 and 200 TDI, Series III (Santana).
