This is a clutch master cylinder with reservoir from the TRW brand.
It converts the clutch pedal movement into hydraulic pressure to operate the clutch, and is usually replaced when it leaks fluid or the pedal becomes soft, sinks or fails to release the clutch.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Defender Puma and Series III/Santana.
