This is the cylinder head valve spring, a Genuine Land Rover part. It closes the valve and keeps it in contact with the valve train. It is usually replaced during a cylinder head overhaul, or when it is broken or has lost tension.
Compatible with Land Rover Discovery 4 and Discovery 5, Range Rover Sport L494, Range Rover L405 and Velar diesel.
