This is the primary timing chain tensioner, made by Eurospare. It keeps the primary timing chain at the correct tension. It is usually replaced when the chain becomes noisy, the tensioner is worn or leaking, or during a timing chain overhaul.
Compatible with Land Rover Discovery 5, Discovery Sport and New Defender 2020, Range Rover L405, Sport L494, Evoque L538, Evoque L551 and Velar 2.0.
