This is a magnetic fill and drain plug from the AG Parts 4x4 brand.
It closes the filler or drain hole and its magnet collects metal particles from the oil, and is usually replaced when the thread or head is damaged or it no longer seals.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender (including Puma), Discovery 1, Range Rover Classic and P38.
