This is the 1-tooth cylinder head gasket, made by Elring. It seals the joint between the cylinder head and the engine block, keeping combustion gases, coolant and oil apart. It is usually replaced when it fails, causing overheating or coolant loss, or whenever the cylinder head is removed.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender Puma TD4 2.2.
