This is a Genuine Land Rover M6 x 115 injector support screw.
It secures the injector clamp to the cylinder head so that the injector stays correctly seated, and is usually replaced when it is damaged, corroded or whenever the injectors are removed.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender 2020, Discovery 5, Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Sport L494 and Range Rover Velar 2.0 diesel.
