This is a 7/16 BSF lock nut from the AG Parts 4x4 brand.
It secures a fixing with a locking action so it cannot work loose through vibration, and is usually replaced when the thread is damaged, it is corroded or it has lost its locking grip.
Compatible with Land Rover Series III/Santana 2.25 petrol and diesel, 2.6 and 3.5 V8.
