This is an M10 nyloc flange nut used on the manifold, from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
Its nylon insert helps stop it working loose, and it is usually replaced whenever it is removed, as the insert loses grip, or when the thread or flange is corroded.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender (2.5 TD, TD5), Discovery 1, Discovery 2 (TD5), Freelander 1, Range Rover Classic and Range Rover P38.
