This is an oil filter kit for the ZF automatic gearbox, from the PR2 Allmakes brand.
It filters the gearbox oil to keep impurities away from the internal components, and is usually replaced together with the oil during automatic gearbox servicing.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and 2, Range Rover Classic and P38.
