This is a rear crankshaft seal for three-bearing engines from the AG Parts 4x4 brand.
It seals the rear of the crankshaft against oil leaks into the clutch housing, and is usually replaced when oil drips from the bellhousing or during an engine rebuild.
Compatible with Land Rover Series III (Santana).
