Rear air conditioning system for Defender - MINISTRY OF DEFENDER
Auxiliary rear air conditioning system designed for Land Rover Defender, developed to improve climate control in the rear cabin area. This kit includes a secondary HVAC unit with evaporator, heater core, and 3-speed blower, delivering direct hot and cold air to rear passengers.
Unlike systems that simply transfer front air to the rear, this solution works as an independent support unit, significantly improving air circulation and interior comfort, especially in long wheelbase models. It is an ideal upgrade for Defenders already fitted with front air conditioning that require more effective rear cabin cooling and heating.
