This is the rocker cover gasket for cylinders 5-8, made by Allmakes 4x4. It seals the rocker cover against the cylinder head on the cylinder 5-8 bank and prevents oil leaks. It is usually replaced when it leaks oil, when it has hardened or whenever the rocker cover is removed.
