This is a Genuine Land Rover bottom seal for the rear panel of the pick-up cab.
It seals the lower edge of the cab rear panel to keep water, dust and draughts out of the cabin, and is usually replaced when it is cracked, hardened or no longer seals.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender 200 TDI, 300 TDI, 3.5 V8 and TD5.
