This is a manifold pressure and temperature sensor from the Eurospare brand.
It tells the engine management the boost pressure and intake air temperature, and is usually replaced when it causes loss of power, a warning light or fault codes for the boost circuit.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender and Discovery 2 (TD5).
