This is the lower steering shaft universal joint, made by Eurospare. It links the sections of the steering column shaft while allowing them to work at an angle. It is usually replaced when it has play, is stiff or makes the steering feel imprecise.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender 200/300 TDI, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic 200 TDI.
