This is the left-hand exhaust gas recirculation EGR valve for Euro 4 engines only, made by SKV. It recirculates part of the exhaust gases into the intake to reduce emissions. It is usually replaced when it sticks, is clogged with soot or causes poor running.
Compatible with Land Rover Discovery 3 and 4, Range Rover Sport L320 2.7 TD6.
