This is a valve stem oil seal from the Allmakes 4x4 brand.
It controls the amount of oil that reaches the valve stem to prevent oil consumption through the valve guides, and is usually replaced when blue smoke appears on start-up or when the cylinder head is overhauled.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and 2, Range Rover Classic and P38 V8 petrol.
