This is a valve stem oil seal made by Elring, sold individually. It prevents oil from passing down the valve guide into the combustion chamber and is usually replaced when the engine burns oil or during a cylinder head overhaul.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic with 200 TDI and 300 TDI engines.
