This is a front axle stub axle thrust washer from the AG Parts 4x4 brand.
It takes up the axial load between rotating parts of the front axle and limits end float, and is usually replaced when it is worn or during a hub or swivel overhaul.
Compatible with Land Rover Defender 200/300 TDI, 3.5 V8, TD5 and Puma, Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic 200 TDI.
